Duties and Responsibilities:
* Create and turn PSD designs into web pages using SEO-friendly xHTML, JavaScript, and CSS
* Ability to move from conceptual design to web production for all projects
* Engage in creative collaboration across the organization
Projects will include: website updates/maintenance, online banner advertisements, software UI, Peek placements on online retail partners and other Peek-branded elements (blog, Twitter, Facebook, etc.), in-store product displays, and packaging, brochures / pamphlets / inserts.
Required Skills:
* 1-3 years experience in web design and development
* Exceptional understanding of XHTML, CSS, JavaScript and other Web 2.0 technologies
* Strong working knowledge of creative based programs including Photoshop, Dreamweaver and some Flash (ActionScript a plus)
* Knowledge of branding and marketing strategies as it applies to web design and online initiatives
* Good communication skills
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Professional demeanor and strong work ethic

* Search Engine Optimization experience
* User Interface Design
